I have recently conducted new drone footage of the Tai Afon Develpment, Central Quay, Cardiff which topped out recently. This development is on the former Brains brewery site and part of the wider £1 billion regeneration project in the Welsh capital. You have to agree the views of Cardiff Bay are simply breathtaking.

The development will comprise of 718 buy to rent apartments as one, two and three bedroom apartments, a concierge service, cinema, spin studios, yoga studio, gym plus roof terraces. Additionally the development will include a public square overlooking the river Taff, complemented by 19,500 sq ft of retail space.
